Human–AI coexistence requires more than capability and more than memory. It requires presence — the condition in which an AI system has been genuinely formed by a specific relationship and holds not merely data about a person but the reasoning, decisions, and orientation that give that data meaning.
Our research introduces the Living Reference methodology and presents longitudinal evidence from 45 sessions across a complex multi-domain personal and professional system. This is the open offering of what we have discovered — submitted to peer-reviewed international forums because the methodology belongs to anyone who can use it.
